Bryan Reel will return as the 18U Head Coach for the 2026–27 season.

We are thrilled to announce that Bryan Reel will return as the 18U Head Coach for the 2026–27 season.

Entering his sixth season with the Washington Little Capitals, Bryan has become a cornerstone of our program. He is known for his high-energy practices, his ability to hold players accountable, and to bring out their best. His teams consistently demonstrate strong attention to detail and play the game the right way.

In addition to his role behind the bench, Bryan serves as our Director of Operations and has played a major part in the continued success and growth of the Little Caps organization. Under his leadership, the 18U level continues to serve as a critical bridge for our players, with a strong emphasis on advancing them to junior hockey and beyond.

“I’m incredibly excited to be back with our 18U group for the upcoming season,” said Reel. “This is a critical stage in our players’ development, and our focus will be on pushing them to compete every day, build winning habits, and prepare them for the next level both on and off the ice. We’re committed to helping our players earn opportunities at the junior level and setting them up for long-term success in the game.”
